Liquid real estate – a safe investment in future

Edelburg Development is a new player in the capital’s real estate market, which is already accounting for four buildings under construction. One of them is a shopping & entertainment center “Cherry Mall” in Vyshneve, scheduled to open in April, and three housing developments. Today we would like to talk about two of them - Edelweiss House and Edeldorf, being constructed in the most respectable district of Kyiv – Pechersk. Maryna Kravchenko, Commercial Director at Edelburg Development, told us how to construct two “business” segment housing developments in the same district and whether they compete with each other.
