Red ceramic bricks we are using during construction is a durable and environmentally friendly material characterized by strength, low moisture absorption and good acoustic insulation. And mineral wool has good heat-insulating properties and absolutely healthy.

Besides noise absorbing technologies applied when filling in external walls, we also use special acoustic-insulating materials when constructing walls between apartments, because we know how much you value your privacy.

We cooperate with leading European producers of window systems and double-glazed windows. That is why we have chosen the best possible option – windows which reduce the noise level with the help of a special technology of laminated glass and air-tight sealing, and designed to prevent heat loss during the cold period.

We are for cutting-edge technologies, that is why we are introducing the Smart House system in our projects. It features a lot of advantages: controls access to the apartment, regulates temperature level in the room, adjusts heating mode, calculates bills for utilities with the help of water, heat and electricity meters via reading meters in each apartment in a remote mode, and many other useful things.
