Launch of sales in the 3rd construction phase at Wellspring residential complex!

On December 1, we will start selling apartments in the 3rd construction phase at our "Wellspring".

And now the most exciting point! section No. 8 has duplex apartments ranging from 77 sq. m to 109 sq. m, located on floors 9-10. The minimum area of an apartment on a typical floor is 40 sq. m.

The cost per square meter ranges from UAH 24,300. Payment by installments with a 30% down payment are available until June 30, 2024.
