Q-smart is our new recidental complex

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new comfort class project on Honoré de Balzak Street in the Desnianskyi District of Kyiv. "Q-smart" Residential Complex consists of 3 six-storey buildings with its own underground parking area and an autonomous boiler room. We will build the complex using monolithic wireframe technology with erecting walls of gas concrete block.

The apartment layout of the residential complex is represented by 1- and 2-room layouts. Due to the careful arrangement of apartments on each floor, it is possible to combine them into one 3-room apartment, if necessary. Each of the rooms has special niches for fitted wardrobes, which will allow you to use square meters usefully and functionally. "Q-smart" is a significant project for our company, and at the same time it is a social project. Since some of the apartments will be provided to the affected investors of "Elita-Center". We are working on its implementation in partnership with the development company "RESA Development".

It should be noted that one of the main advantages of the residential complex is its convenient location in a residential area – a quick exit to the Pivnichnyi ("Northern") Bridge. And 500 meters away from the residential complex there is a stop for the light rail transit No. 4 – just two stops to the city train, which runs during the morning and evening rush hours. Troieschyna is also considered to be one of the most environmentally friendly and habitable areas of the capital with a fairly developed infrastructure – pre-schools, schools, gymnasiums, an art school, a sports palace, clinics, shopping and entertainment centers, supermarkets and a cinema. The launch of apartment sales is expected in the near future. The minimum cost per square meter at launch is UAH 18 300.
