Maryna Kravchenko, Edelburg Development, «Present-day customer pays not for square meters but for a lifestyle”

In 2017, Edelburg Development started implementing its first project - Edelweiss House housing development. Currently, its portfolio contains three developments and several projected sites for further development. Maryna Kravchenko, Commercial Director at Edelburg Development, told “Novoe Vremia” about decision to enter the highly-competitive market at this point of time, about expectations of a present-day customer and perspective for a business class residential facility.
