Maryna Kravchenko: The year past was successful for Edelburg Development

In 2019, Edelburg Development plans to commission its first housing development Edelweiss House. Maryna Kravchenko, Commercial Director at Edelburg Development, told StroiObzor about the company’s plans for the following year and what has been done in the year of 2018 that is now ending. 

- How would you describe the year that is coming to its end: what works at site were planned to be done, what works have been done, and maybe something remained not done? 

- In general, the year past was successful for Edelburg Development. Our new construction project was launched in 2018, that is Edeldorf housing development, located in Pechersk
District, not far from Tsarske Selo. Not long ago, the housing development was awarded an annual construction award “iBuild” in nomination the “Best Residential Construction Project of the Year”. Also, construction works are ongoing at two other our sites – “Podil Grad Vintage” and Edelweiss House housing developments. The latter features the construction of the upper floors where two-level penthouses will be accomodated. That is why we may consider that in-situ concrete works have been completed. Masonry works are also underway. We will keep going.
